[x] Physical artworks are carefully packed and sent via Royal Mail (currently in the UK only).

[x] You’ll be notified via email twice: once your order is confirmed, and when it’s on the way.

[x] SEEMAWORLD doesn’t accept returns.

[x] If there any extenuating issues with your order e.g. damaged item, please email hello@seemaworld.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll take it from there.

[x] Standard (Royal Mail 2nd Class): £2.50 for a more affordable option. Items will usually arrive in 2-4 working days (not tracked, though).

[x] Tracked (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.50 for a secure option. Items will usually arrive in 1-2 working days.

[x] Free click + collect: for locals who can / want to visit SEEMAWORLD physically, and get their item there and then.

At ‘checkout’, the desired delivery option can be selected after you enter your email address and click on ‘delivery’.

Once available, digital downloads are non-refundable. If something goes wrong with the file, please email hello@seemaworld.com for help.

Any updates to SEEMAWORLD’s Returns Policy will be posted on this website, (clearly marked under ‘policies’ in the website footer of SEEMAWORLD ‘s home page). You may be informed of any changes by email where relevant.
